The Due Diligence for Supervisors program was developed after the Westray Mine Disaster in Nova Scotia, Canada in 1992.
This program has been delivered to thousands of managers and supervisors and has given them a better understanding of the issues around Due Diligence.
Incidents occur every day in the workplace, we simply ask: What are you doing as a manager, to ensure the safety of your employees? Participants leave with a" to do list", generated from work book activities. The items on the to-do list can be integrated into their daily activity to help ensure employee safety.
